NoCrash Productivity Reset Competition

Terms & Conditions – January 26th 2026 - February 9th 2026.

These Terms and Conditions for the Competition are made by NoCrash (“Promoter”).

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

CAP Code means the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing.

Competition means the “NoCrash Productivity Reset Competition” being run by the Promoter.

Entry means a valid entry made by a Participant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Entry Period means from 00:00 (GMT) on 25 January 2026 to 23:59 (GMT) on 09 February 2026 (inclusive).

Force Majeure Event means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, failure of utilities or transport networks, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, accident, breakdown of machinery, fire, flood, storm, or default of suppliers or subcontractors.

Participant means any person who enters or attempts to enter the Competition.

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable living person as defined in the UK GDPR.

Prize means the reward to be awarded to the Winner as described in Clause 7.

Terms and Conditions means these rules governing the Competition.

Winner means the Participant selected to receive the Prize.

2. Interpretation

2.1 References to statutes include those statutes as amended or re-enacted from time to time.
2.2 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

3. Purpose

3.1 The Competition is run for promotional purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the CAP Code.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
4.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
4.3 By entering, Participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and may be required to provide proof.
4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
4.5 Entries generated automatically, in bulk, via third parties, or that are incomplete, altered, fraudulent, or not made in good faith will be disqualified.

5. Entry Period

5.1 Entries may be submitted during the Entry Period only.
5.2 Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Entry Period if necessary and will notify Participants where reasonably practicable.
5.4 The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received due to technical, network, system, or other issues.

6. Entry Procedure

6.1 To enter the Competition, Participants must place a new order via the official NoCrash website only (https://nocrash.co.uk) for any NoCrash product(s) during the Entry Period.

6.2 Each qualifying new order placed during the Entry Period counts as one (1) Entry.

6.3 Participants may enter multiple times by placing multiple new qualifying orders during the Entry Period.

6.4 Automatically recurring subscription orders do not count as Entries. A new subscription sign-up placed during the Entry Period counts as one (1) Entry; subsequent recurring subscription charges do not.

6.5 Any order that is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or returned (in whole or in part) will be deemed invalid and will not count as an Entry, or if already counted, will be voided.

6.6 Orders placed via third-party retailers, resellers, marketplaces, distributors, or any channels other than the official NoCrash website do not qualify.

6.7 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, manipulated, automated, or not made in good faith.

7. Prize Details

7.1 The Prize (“NoCrash Productivity Reset”) consists of:

7.2 The total approximate retail value of the Prize is £1,000+ (approximate, subject to retail pricing at time of fulfilment).

7.3 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or alternatives.

7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or circumstances beyond its control.

7.5 Any costs not expressly included in the Prize description are the responsibility of the Winner.

7.6 The Winner is responsible for any tax liabilities arising from acceptance of the Prize, if applicable.

8. Winner Selection

8.1 There will be one (1) Winner.
8.2 The Winner will be selected at random from all valid Entries received during the Entry Period using a fair and impartial selection process.
8.3 The draw will take place on 9 February 2026.

9. Winner Notification and Claim

9.1 The Winner will be notified privately on 9 February 2026 using the contact details associated with the winning order.

9.2 The Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide all information required to verify eligibility and fulfil the Prize, including delivery address and any personal details required for third-party subscriptions.

9.3 If the Winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner.

10. Prize Fulfilment

10.1 The Prize will be distributed within fourteen (14) days of the Winner confirming all required information.
10.2 The Promoter will cover delivery costs within the United Kingdom.
10.3 Delivery is restricted to UK addresses only.

11. Publicity

11.1 The Winner will not be publicly announced unless they expressly consent.
11.2 The Promoter may request the Winner’s participation in reasonable promotional activity related to the Competition, subject to the Winner’s consent.

12. Data Protection

12.1 Personal Data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
12.2 Data will be used solely to administer the Competition, contact the Winner, verify eligibility, and fulfil the Prize, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
12.3 Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their Personal Data.

13. Liability

13.1 The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or use of the Prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
13.2 The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, system errors, platform outages, or communication failures that may affect entry or notification.

14. Termination and Amendments

14.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition if required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to ensure fairness, legality, and integrity.
14.2 Any amendments will be communicated via NoCrash channels where appropriate.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Severability

16.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Force Majeure

17.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to a Force Majeure Event.
17.2 If such an event continues for more than two (2) weeks, the Promoter may terminate the Competition.
