OPENING UP: Men’s Wellness Journeys – Movember Edition

November isn’t just about moustaches—it’s about starting honest conversations around men’s mental health, resilience, and wellness. At NO CRASH, we believe that showing up fully means taking care of your mind as much as your body. This Movember, we’re proud to spotlight real men’s wellness journeys, support vital causes, and fuel community action.

Why Opening Up Matters

  • 1 in 8 men in the UK struggle with mental health issues, but many never speak up.

  • Opening up is the first step to breaking stigma and building stronger, healthier communities.

Rowing Challenge Weekend at Oryia Gym – 7th November

This weekend, the lads at Oryia Gym are taking on an incredible challenge—rowing a total of 2,000 miles to raise money for Andy’s Man Club, a charity dedicated to supporting men’s mental health.

  • The gym will be open all weekend—come along to cheer them on, keep spirits high, and be part of the action.

  • Rowing the equivalent of circumnavigating Britain is no small feat. Your encouragement can make all the difference!

  • Let’s rally together, celebrate the team’s effort, and turn this into something truly unforgettable.

If you can, please consider donating: Row Around Britain JustGiving Page

Every pound raised goes directly toward helping men talk, break the stigma, and get the support they need. Together, we can save lives—one stroke, one conversation, one donation at a time.

We’re proud to support Andy’s Man Club, a nationwide network of peer-led support groups where men can talk openly, without judgment. Their motto: “It’s okay to talk.”

Row the Coastline of Britain at Oriya

  • Event Highlights:

    • Dozens of men rowing in relay, supporting each other through every mile

    • Honest conversations about mental health, resilience, and overcoming setbacks

    • NO CRASH on hand to fuel the effort and recovery—because wellness is a team sport
