Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150ml milk of your choice (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar

- 20g butter

Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). -

Carefully pour the batter into the hot pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown. -
