As someone with recently diagnosed ADHD, I have been researching and looking for alternatives to starting medication. I have been drinking No Crash for the last 7 odd months now and can definitely say it’s helped with my focus. I’ve mainly noticed this in work. I do still drink coffee first thing, but look forward to a No Crash in the afternoon, and sometimes before bed.
